Custom Jewelry – All Sales Final
All custom-made jewelry orders are final sale. Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or issue refunds, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@charmcanvas.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will either repair, replace, or offer store credit depending on the situation.
Return Process
- Email us at info@charmcanvas.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or replacement.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is accepted, only the product price will be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
