How soon will I receive my custom Item?

On average, we ship custom items 2 weeks after the order is placed. We understand that many times, these custom items are gifts for a specific date or occasion, so we recommend ordering 3 or more weeks before the date you need it.

We work with multiple partners to make your custom jewelry a reality, so every once in a while things happen and delays occur. In these cases, we are always transparent and quick to communicate.

What size Charm should I order?

We recommend small charms for bracelets and any size for necklaces.


Does a charm purchase include a necklace or bracelet?

Necklaces and bracelets are NOT included with a charm purchase, but may be purchased together with a charm. Any time a necklace or bracelet is purchased at the same time as a charm, we will automatically install the charm (permanently soldered). If you would like multiple charms installed on one bracelet, please leave us a note on the order page with specific instructions (placement, order, etc)


Why is there no “Gold Plated” option for rings?

Rings are much more susceptible to scratches, and chemical wear, so the material choice is important. In our testing, Gold plating by itself does not cut it. We are testing a number of protective coatings over gold plated rings, and we’re hopeful. But until we’re sure we have a reliable solution, we don’t feel comfortable offering it. For now, silver or solid gold are the only options for rings.
